With the general disaster of my life this last year (bet you haven't heard that one before), the looming forced obsolescence of Flash Player really snuck up on me, and I found myself feeling very melancholy about it today- knowing that tomorrow something so fundamental to my creative endeavors in the last decade plus will simply be gone.
To commemorate what I can only consider to be the closing of a chapter in the realm of independent art, I made this short video and wrote a big fat wall of text underneath it in the upload description.

The irony of posting a Youtube video in regards to this is not lost on me.
It is my sincere hope that Ruffle, which today is extremely promising, can come to truly fulfill and usurp the role of Flash Player moving forward.
